Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Choose your preferred option at checkout:

- Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders placed before 2:00 PM UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day.
- Delivery times are counted in working days from dispatch. Evri Standard Delivery has no fixed window; parcels usually arrive within a few working days of dispatch.
- Every order is tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
- The £150 free delivery threshold is calculated on your order value after any discounts and before delivery charges.
- Deliveries to some remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, may take longer.
Returns
- 60 days from the delivery date to return any item that is unworn, unwashed and unaltered, in its original packaging with all tags attached — in addition to your statutory 14-day right to cancel.
- Free returns. Email support@alderon-uk.com with your order number, and we will send a prepaid returns label within 48 hours.
- Refunds are issued in GBP to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 working days.
- Delivery costs are refunded in full for faulty or incorrect items, and up to the cost of standard delivery if you cancel your entire order within the 14-day statutory period.
- Exchanges: we do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
- Faulty items: contact us with photographs and we will arrange a free return and a full refund or replacement.
